RETURN POLICY

The client shall inspect the Products received for damages and defect within 24 hours. Returns and exchanges will only be entertained within 24 hours of receiving the product/s.

 

DISCOUNTED ITEMS

Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged items must have tags still on and be returned in original product packaging Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

 

DAMAGE ITEMS

For damaged items, please email us at pampinayinfo@gmail.com within 24 hours after receiving and inspecting the items received. We will arrange a pick-up service for the product. Pick-up and re-delivery costs will be charged to us.

 

SIZES

Exchanged sizes will be entertained provided the notice is sent to PamPinay customer service email within 24 hours of receiving the product. The replacement will be subject to availability.

 

RESERVATION

PamPinay philosophy includes following the slow fashion approach, hence we produce according to demand. We appreciate advance reservation of items. We will update you via email once the product is ready to ship. We require an advance payment of the full price for reserved items. It will take approximately 2 weeks to produce your order. If there is any delay, we will send you an email. Delays may happen as we rely on what our weavers, embroiderers and other suppliers can produce.
